ASUU Threatens Strike as FG Falls Short on Agreement

The Academic Staff Union of Universities on Wednesday urged that its members should not be held responsible if there is any disruption in the university system, considering how the Federal Government had not shown commitment to carrying out the 2019 Memorandum of Action.
The ASUU National President, Prof Biodun Ogunyemi, stated this at a briefing in Abuja, to give an update on the ongoing renegotiation with the government and to clear the air over the N25billion confirmed by the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, to have been approved for universities.
Ogunyemi said the N25billion was meant to be a part-payment of the Earned Academic Allowances and should have been released between February 15 and 28, 2019, as agreed. But this was not done.
He said, “Since information on the amounts mentioned in the media went round, the ASUU has been inundated with enquiries on the union’s perspective to the story.
“Funding for the revitalisation of public universities has for years been of very high priority to ASUU.
“Reaching an agreement with the Federal Government has often been a frustrating journey for our union. It is often marked with protests, strikes and requires a conscious and focused engagement. The 2001 agreement, which gave birth to the 2009 agreement, was not an exemption. The exception here is the personality leading the government negotiation team.
“The current leadership of the government team clearly lacks the academic disposition and humility needed to undertake such task.
“Our members enjoy their work and hate to see any disruption in the smooth running of our universities. However, the level of frustration occasioned by the lackadaisical attitude of the government towards meeting the terms of the 2019 Memorandum of Action that was freely signed with our union is increasingly becoming unbearable.
“We, therefore, call on all Nigerian patriots, parents and students including the Nigeria

Labour Congress to prevail on the government to keep to the terms of our agreement. Otherwise, our union should not be held responsible for any disruption in the system.”

After 2019 JAMB UTME, What's Next? Here's What Every Candidate Should Do

We can say that the 2019 JAMB UTME has officially been concluded. While
some candidates are counting their gains, others are counting their losses.
Which ever category you fall in, it is important to know that a high JAMB
score is not an automatic ticket to higher institution neither does a low
JAMB score automatically disqualify you for admission. We have seen
candidates with high JAMB scores who failed to secure admission into any
institution and had to retake JAMB and we have equally seen candidates with
low JAMB Scores (Less than 200) who gained admission without having to wait
for another JAMB. Please read more about this important piece at this link;

When you become a step-parent, you normally end up wondering whether to begin acting as a parent right from the start or go for the wait-and-see approach. Well, there is no one right way to being a step-parent and your desired approach might just yield. With time, you will find a way of step-parenting that will suit you and your family. Before then, here are some rules to help you wade the rough waters of step-parenting:
1. Never impose yourself on the kids, demand to be called mum or dad
Mum and dad are tags reserved for real parenting. That’s the bitter truth. You just entered their lives, they need to feel comfortable with you and the new family created by your arrival. It is up to the kids to decide when and whether to start calling you mum or dad. If it works for you, they will, and if they don’t, well, that’s just it. Let them take their time even if it never comes completely.
The easiest way to go through it is to have no expectation to be called mum or dad.
2. Expect resentment
Your step-children are likely to blame you for their parents’ separation. If you are settling with a single-parent, the kids will probably feel insecure that you are coming in to rival them for their only parent’s love and attention. You need to understand the children. Get to know how they have been dealing with the absence of one of their parents. This way, you will likely develop adequate patience to handle them.
3. The ex-spouse is out of bounds
You must never engage the ex-spouse directly, at least until you guys have developed some proper middle ground. Let things that involve the ex-spouse to be dealt with by your spouse. This is the surest way to ensure you don’t end up in conflicts and misunderstandings from now and then.
4. Respect the ex-spouse’s parenting
An ex-spouse is not an ex-parent. You must respect their rules and decisions concerning their children. This is not the place to be a cool mum or dad by helping the kids go against the rigid rules set by their parent(s). You must accept that the ex-spouses have a say in their children’s lives and that will never change.
5. No negative talks about the ex-spouse in front of the children
You don’t want to be resented by the kids. Keep off negative talks about their said parent regardless of what they did. He or she is, and will always be, a parent to the kids and they have feelings for them. You have to respect that.
You must strive to do whatever it takes to ensure you don’t create any rift between you and the kids. That’s the guaranteed way to make it work.

Stories From People Who Really Suck At Flirting

1. "My brother in law was once flirting intensely with this girl at a bar for about two hours... He got her number, left the bar, and two days later he ran into the same girl.

At a family reunion. Because she was his cousin."
2. "I was chatting to a hot guy at a party... We were talking about our heritage and he told me that his family was Peruvian. Without skipping a beat, I said, 'Where's Peruvia?' For the record, I absolutely know where Peru is and that there is no such place as Peruvia. It was one of those moments when, as the words were coming out, I was already trying to put them back in."
.
3. "A few years ago, I was walking down the street when I happened to exchange glances with a rather beautiful man. He smiled at me, so I smiled back. As he got closer to me, he looked at me again and said in a very friendly tone, 'Hi! How are you?' So I replied, 'I'm fine, thanks, and you?'... And that's when I noticed the Bluetooth earpiece."
4. "I was having a bad day at work a few weeks before Christmas and decided to escape to an Italian eatery nearby... While I was waiting for the really handsome waiter to take me to my seat, I decided to lean against the wall and do my best to look as hot and casually disinterested as I could. In doing so, I knocked over a Christmas tree near the entrance of the restaurant... The tree also happened to be connected to a garland that ran around the entire restaurant. The garland slowly started to disconnect from the wall and, like some hellish Christmas slinky-dominoes fusion, it fell down around the entire restaurant while the server and I stared at each other. I decided to get a glass of wine with lunch."
5. "When my boyfriend and I first started dating, we were making out and I tried doing this sexy leg kick. I ended up kicking him in the face and gave him a bloody nose."
6. "I met a guy on a night out and as I was leaving, I awkwardly hugged him just as he went in for a kiss. He said he liked awkward, and I replied, 'If you like awkward, you're gonna love me!' I then turned around and slipped down the set of stairs outside his house. It was our 3-year anniversary in July."
7. "I met my neighbour one night when our building's electricity went out. We spent the entire night talking and flirting, and eventually it became very late and both of us needed to go to bed for work in the morning. He hugged me and I said, 'Well, if you ever want to hang out, just come knock on my window or whatever...', like some idiot with no concept of dating. He looked at me like I had five heads, but was somehow still interested enough to ask for my number. That man is now my husband."
8. "I was on a retreat with my church group, and it was a six-hour drive to get there, so we stopped at Wendy's and I got a Frosty. I was sitting in the back of the van, and this guy was sitting in the seat in front of me when he turned around to talk to me. He said something that I thought was funny and I spit my Frosty ALL OVER HIS FACE."

Bitcoin: Would you want to get paid in cryptocurrency?

Bitcoin. Lots of people are talking about, but very few own it.
So how would you feel about getting paid in the high profile cryptocurrency?
From early next year, staff at Japanese internet firm GMO Group will be among the latest to find out how that feels.
More than 4,000 employees are being given the option to receive a portion of their salary in Bitcoin.
Critics say it is a marketing stunt, announced at a time when global interest in the financial technology has never been higher.
It also carries risks: the volatile currency slumped last week but has since rebounded by more than 50%.
But what will it really mean for employer and employee?
How does it work?
Bitcoin salaries are usually paid according to the digital currency's value at an agreed date and time.
To keep the numbers simple, if the Bitcoin price was $10,000 and an employee opted to have $1,000 in the digital currency, they would receive 0.1 Bitcoin.
Employees who choose to sell right away would receive the same in cash as they would have been paid (so long as they had arranged for the sale to happen in advance).
But holding onto the cryptocurrency, be it for a day, a week or a year, would see its value go up or go down. That $1,000 may end up being worth $5,000. Or potentially next to nothing.
And so some argue that paying wages in Bitcoin effectively encourages people to gamble.
"If an employee is receiving their salary in Bitcoin, they might as well be receiving lottery tickets", said Massimo Massa, professor of finance at INSEAD.
"They are just participating in a game."
Staff must be made aware that "there's no guarantee that its price will rise and there's no intrinsic value because there's nothing to back it up", he said, adding such schemes could never be compulsory.
Should we care about the price of Bitcoin?
Is Asia driving the Bitcoin craze?
What is Bitcoin?
Bitcoin - risky bubble or the future?
So are employees keen?
Despite repeated warnings from renowned economists and analysts that a Bitcoin crash is looming , it seems more of us are willing to take a punt.
Bitwage, a platform set up to convert salaries into cryptocurrency, gained thousands of new users this year as people got swept up in some rapid price rises .
"These days a lot of people are looking to get part, and sometimes all of their salary paid in Bitcoin", said Bitwage founder Jonathan Chester.
The company has this year processed $30m in wages for 20,000 users in the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia including staff from Google, Facebook, GE, Philips, the United Nations and the US Navy. Many of these workers had signed up for the service on their own.
Mr Chester said he converts 15% of his own monthly salary and believes it is "a way of accumulating Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies without worrying about whether you're buying at the right time".
That is because people can theoretically reduce the risks of volatility because they "only buy little bits over time".
And what about tax?
It is a tricky one to generalise, and it seems inevitable that as the industry develops, so too will the tax rules.
Wherever they are in the world, employees will usually be liable for income tax due on their Bitcoin wages, calculated on its value at the time the salary is paid.
But just like with stock options, employees may need to pay capital gains tax if their Bitcoin has risen in value, depending on the tax jurisdiction.
What is in it for employers?
Some companies working in the cryptocurrency industry have been offering Bitcoin salaries for years.
After all, if you got in early and bought when the price was much lower, then it could be a smart move to use it now to pay wages.
But for others it is all about business strategy.
Japan's GMO, for example, says it wants to get staff thinking about cryptocurrencies.
It has recently expanded into cryptocurrency trading and crypto mining.
And so it hopes that if at least some employees have direct personal experience of Bitcoin, it will help with "nurturing and developing cryptocurrency literacy".
And that, it says is "vital to the growth and expansion of our cryptocurrency business".
Is Bitcoin the only option?
The digital payment industry is expanding, with new digital currencies emerging all the time.
At the Singapore based blockchain company TenX, staff usually have their base salary paid into their bank accounts, but their monthly bonus is paid in Pay tokens, the firm's own digital currency.
The tokens, which can be traded on digital exchanges, were issued in an initial coin offering in June, allowing the company to raise $80m.
TenX co-founder and president, Julian Hosp, said it did not make sense to buy Bitcoin to pay bonuses when the company already had its own currency.
Paying bonuses in tokens can incentivises staff as Pay's value should rise in line with the company's success, Mr Hosp added.
TenX community manager, Mike Ferrer, has gone further and opted to receive part of his base salary in Pay, on top of his monthly bonus.
The 32-year-old has been investing in cryptocurrencies for some time, and accepts that there are huge risks, but says he only invests what he can afford.
"I visualise myself throwing in a pile of money and watching it burn in front of me, and if I can't feel comfortable with that then I know I've over invested", Mr Ferrer said.

EFCC arrests musician Naira Marley

Nigerian singer, Afeez Fashola, better known as Naira Marley has reportedly been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
According to reports from Premium Times, the upcoming singer is already being interrogated by the EFCC.
The main reason for his arrest is still unknown but it might not be unrelated with the singer's recent comments endorsing cyber crime popularly called Yahoo Yahoo.
The Issa Goal singer has somewhat become an advocate for cyber crime as he even bashed other celebs who tried to go against his views.
It all started when popular singer, Simi, discouraged Yahoo boys from listening to her music. Then Marley took it upon himself to call the singer out as well as praise Yahoo boys.
On one of his Instalive videos, the Issa Goal singer urged Nigerians to pray for Yahoo boys because they make money circulate and not the politicians.
He said: “All you guys, all the money in your pockets, all the money you spend, you think it’s the government that is making the money go round? You better sit down and pray for yahoo boys. If them stop yahoo, the money would not pass you guys.
"The money will go like this, from Obasanjo to Tinubu, from Tinubu to Mr Japa, you think me I need Yahoo? I make money from my music.”

NUT to JAMB: Release Results of Innocent Candidates

Nigerian Union of Teachers(NUT) has appealed to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to release the results of the candidates who were not involved in examination malpractices during the 2019 UTME’s examinations. The chairman of the union's Lagos State wing, Mr Adesina Adedoyin, made the appeal on Tuesday in Lagos in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
Adedoyin said that the level of malpractice in the conduct of the 2019 UTME was as a result of the societal problems confronting the country, which included corruption, and requested that JAMB release the results of candidates who wrote the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) and were found to be innocent.
“The delay in releasing the results is going to affect the innocent students negatively.
“Those that did not cheat during the examinations should not be punished for the offences they did not commit.
“By the time JAMB will ask them to come and re-write the examination, they may not perform better as they did earlier,” he said.
The NUT chairman alleged that those who supervised and those who conducted the examinations were part of the problem. He also wondered why they could not apprehend those who cheated while the examinations were ongoing then. According to him, malpractice cannot be done without any inducement.
Adedoyin also faulted JAMB’s policy and guidelines which stated that if the number of candidates that cheated in an examination was more than the number of candidates that failed, then the examination should be cancelled.
He also condemned the policy that stated that another examination should be conducted in such a centre. He said that such a policy was anti-people and should be abolished.
Adedoyin said that if those found wanting would be allowed to rewrite the examinations, then the results of candidates who were innocent should be released.
The NUT chairman said that the adoption of Computer Based Testing (CBT) mode by JAMB which was introduced with the aim of reducing examination malpractices appeared to be failing and not so effective. He said that meant that the examinations conducted using CBT were flawed in validity and reliability.
“If there was cheating as being alleged in the last UTME examination that adopted the CBT mode, despite the cameras and the software JAMB installed, then people will gradually be losing confidence in its efficiency,” he said.

11 signs that you are falling in love

Knowing youre in love feels different for everyone. Some have been in love often and know the feeling well, and others may be not so sure if its love or just a deep infatuation. Luckily, your body has some pretty sneaky ways of tipping you off to whether these feelings for your partner are more than just a passing phase. Keep an eye out for these tell-tale signs the next time you catch yourself wondering if youre actually in love. You cant stop staring at them. If your partner has ever caught you staring at them lovingly, it could be a sign that youre head over heels. Eye contact means that youre fixated on something, so if you find that your eyes are fixed on your partner, you may just be falling in love. Studies have also found that couples who lock eyes report feeling a stronger romantic connection than those who dont. It goes the other way too: when a study had strangers lock eyes for minutes at a time, they reported romantic feeling towards each other. You feel like youre high. Its completely normal to feel out of your mind when falling for someone. A study from the Kinsey Institute found that the brain of a person falling in love looks the same as the brain of a person who has taken cocaine. You can thank dopamine, which is released in both instances, for that feeling. This is a good explanation for why people in new relationships can act absolutely nonsensically. You always think about them. If you love someone, you may feel like you cant get them off of your mind. Thats because your brain releases phenylethylamine, aka the “love drug” when you fall in love with someone. This hormone creates the feeling of infatuation with your partner. You may be familiar with the feeling because phenylethylamine is also found in chocolate, which may explain why you cant stop after just one square. You want them to be happy. Love is an equal partnership, but youll find someones happiness becomes really important to you when youre falling for them. So-called “compassionate love” can be one of the biggest signs of a healthy relationship, according to research. This means that youre willing to go out of your way to make your partners life easier and happier. If you find yourself going out of your way to keep your partner dry when walking in the rain or making them breakfast on a busy weekday morning, its a sign youve got it bad. Youve been stressed lately. Although love is often associated with warm and fuzzy feelings, it can also be a huge source of stress. Being in love often causes your brain to release the stress hormone cortisol, which can lead you to feel the heat. So if youve noticed your patience is being tested a little more than normal or youre kind of freaking out, you may not need to carry a stress ball just yet; you may just be in love.

Glow Up| 5 Secrets To Having A Beautiful Skin

It is a holy grail of beauty, desired by women, and loved by all... and yes, we are ready !!
The quest for perfect skin is not an easy ride. From applying the perfect lotion on your body to taking in the right substance can be a little bit stressful.
However, the key to your beauty does not only start from the outer shell but rather it makes its way out from the inside.
Getting that glow up doesn't have to be complicated or expensive, you only need to pay attention to basic beauty secrets to feel your best.
How do you achieve that smooth flawless skin?
It is easy, all you have to do is follow this definitive guide and your skin will thank you.
1.      Eat Clean
Man can not live by bread alone, and your body needs adequate nutrients to feel nourished.
Focus on foods that nourish and fuel natural radiance. Fruit and vegetables give the skin-loving vitamins and minerals that keep it glowing.
However, you don't have to panic, as fruits and vegetables are not the only Beauty tools, essential fats such as omega 3 are vital for a smooth, supple and youthful complexion.
Bear in mind that takin in the wrong food can cause breakout, lines and will reduce your glow.  These foods include sugar, refined carbohydrates, too much wheat, caffeine and dairy.
Portion your food well and make sure a larger percentage takes fruits and vegetable. Remember, you are what you eat.
2.       Get your Zzz’s
If you don’t get that sleep you deserve, who will?
Your work can be demanding to the extent you forget the word 'sleep'.  It is good to work, but you need that beauty sleep.
When you’re sleep-deprived, your body makes more of the stress hormone cortisol. Elevated levels of cortisol can lead to increased stress and inflammation in the body, hurting your skin’s quality.
As we sleep our body undergoes processes of repair and rejuvenation which will visibly lift and enhance the complexion to preserve youthful clarity.
Everyone is meant to at least have 7-8 hours of sleep, now you better get up that couch, and get some zzz’s
3.       Drink up
Everyone will not agree that water consumption will improve skin, but it certainly can't hurt.
Reports have shown that the increase in water intake makes the skin have a more radiant glow. When your body is dehydrated, it will sap moisture from your skin cells to hydrate the vital organs, which causes dry skin and lines.
However, drinking water frequently gives you well hydrated and smooth skin. It is also important to drink water first thing in the morning.
Give your self a challenge and start with drinking up to 3 litres of water a day, approximately more than 8 glasses of water a day.
4.       Protect your skin
The sun is not smiling these days, and neither is your skin. The sun is the skins worse enemy, as every shade and colour gets affected by the sun.
It is very important you protect your skin. Sunscreen, hats and sunglasses are all vital accessories for protecting against premature ageing, dull dry patches, and cancerous cell development.
5.       Keep it clean
Be gentle on your skin, don't over cleanse your skin, as you may risk reducing it of moisture. Make sure you use the right products.
Keep your skin nourished and moisturized. It is also advisable to use natural products.
There you have it, the ticket to having a flawless skin. Eat, sleep and treat your skin, remember you have to invest in your skin, as it's going to represent you for a long time.

Things to know about Meghan and Prince Harry's royal baby

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were determined to do things their own way when it came to welcoming their first child.
And they did just that, breaking many of royal traditions as they announced the birth of their baby boy.
They said they wanted to celebrate privately as a family before introducing their newborn to the world - a decision which split opinion.
Despite not having that special first picture of Baby Sussex, there are lots of things we already know about him.
We know he was born on Monday, May 6 at 5.26am weighing 3.2kgs (7lbs 3oz).
We know Meghans mum Doria Ragland is with the couple at Frogmore Cottage, and that the Queen, Charles, Camilla and other members of the Royal Family are "delighted".
But there are a few things the couple havent announced yet.
What the baby is called
According to Harry, the couple are yet to decide on a name for their son.
Speaking yesterday afternoon he said: "The baby was a little bit overdue so weve had a little bit of time to think about [a name].
"Thats the next bit."
Who the medical team were
When the Duchess of Cambridge welcomed Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, the notice posted on the easel outside Buckingham Palace was signed by the medical team who delivered the baby.
However this was not on Meghan and Harrys notice.
It simply read: "The Queen and the Royal Family are delighted at the news that her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex was safely delivered of a son at 0526 today. Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.”
If Meghan has spoken to her dad
We dont yet know if Meghan has spoken to her dad about his new grandson.
Thomas Markle, 74, released a statement this afternoon saying: “Im delighted to hear that mother and child are doing well.
“I am proud that my new grandson is born into the British royal family and I am sure that he will grow up to serve the crown and the people of Britain with grace, dignity, and honour.
“God bless the child and I wish him health and happiness, and my congratulations to my lovely daughter Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry, and God save the Queen.”
Meghan reportedly hasnt spoken to her dad in months, and he has given several interviews about their fall out.
How long Meghans labour lasted
Shortly before the birth was announced, Buckingham Palace confirmed that Meghan went into labour yesterday morning.
The statement read: "The Duchess went into labour in the early hours of this morning.
"The Duke of Sussex was by Her Royal Highness side. An announcement will be made soon."
However, we dont know exactly how long she was in labour for.
What the baby looks like
Unlike Kate and Princess Diana, Meghan didnt pose for photos after giving birth.
This means we havent seen what Baby Sussex looks like.
They couple will invite selected members of the media to a small photocall in the next few days, which is when well get our first glimpse of the little royal.
Which royals have met Baby Sussex
The Queen, Prince Charles, Camilla and other members of the Royal Family are said to be "delighted" at the news.
However we dont know if any of them have actually had the chance to meet Baby Sussex yet.
The Queen is currently staying just a few minutes away from Frogmore Cottage at Windsor Castle, so theres a chance she might have popped in to meet her new great-grandchild.
Meghans mum Doria is staying with the couple and could have even been present for the birth, so Baby Sussex would have already met at least one grandparent already.
However we dont know if Charles, Camilla, Kate, William and the Cambridge kids have popped over yet.

Falling Asleep At Work? Try These Tips!

With more and more of us getting less and less sleep, it’s tempting to reach for a Red Bull or an espresso when we feel sleepy at work. But consuming caffeine to combat sleepiness can lead to a vicious cycle.
The java jolt that helps you stay awake can take up to eight hours to wear off. Caffeine can also reduce your sleep time, alter the normal stages of sleep, and decrease the quality of your sleep.
How can you stay awake naturally? Try some of these 12 jitter-free tips to take the edge off sleepiness.
1. Get Up and Move Around to Feel Awake
A 10-minute walk can increase energy levels for two hours. That’s because walking pumps oxygen through your veins, brain, and muscles.
If you work at a desk, get up frequently for short walks. At meal breaks, walk to a restaurant or, if you bring your lunch, head for a nice spot to eat it. Whether you take a walk outside or just in the building where you work, it will make you feel more alert and refreshed.
2. Take a Nap to Take the Edge Off Sleepiness
Napping on the job can be touchy. If you need to nap at work, do it during your break and use a vibrating alarm clock, if necessary, to make sure it doesn’t spill over into your work time. Sleeping at your desk is usually not a good idea, but many companies now provide nap rooms for employees.
“If you can’t nap, even resting quietly with your eyes closed for 10 minutes or so will help,” says Allison T. Siebern, PhD, a fellow at the Stanford University Sleep Medicine Center in Redwood City, Calif.
3. Give Your Eyes a Break to Avoid Fatigue
Continuous fixation on a computer screen can cause eyestrain and worsen sleepiness and fatigue. Look away from the screen for a few minutes periodically to relax your eyes.
4. Drink Water to Prevent Tiredness
Dehydration can cause fatigue. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids and eat foods high in water such as fruits and vegetables.
5. Start a Conversation to Wake Up Your Mind
Scooper
If you’re fading fast, engaging in conversation can get your mind moving again. “Talk to a colleague about a business idea, politics, or religion,” says Krakow, medical director of Maimonides Sleep Arts and Sciences, Ltd, “It’s a very strong behavioural stimulator -- especially when it’s a conversation about politics.” he finished.
There you go! So stop sleeping on duty o

5 Honest Facts About Relationships

The movies show us a glamorous side of relationships where the couples are constantly happy, so in love and rarely fight.
Though these movies show arguing couples, they don't correctly portray the real-life issues and facts faced by real couples.
The truth is, relationships aren't really as glam and sweet as we are made to believe because we all know that real couples fight and do other things.
And if you are still pinning or wish that your relationship with your partner will be like that of movie couples, please snap out of your expectations with these 5 facts.
Passionate At First
The sparks in the relationship don't have to come immediately, they are not necessary.
Your first date doesn't have to be like a scene from a romantic movie where everyone gets swept of their feet.
You two could also bond over funny and embarrassing moments. Couples don't need burning passion and need to bond.
Same Interests
The notion that a couple that does things together stays together is completely bogus. You are not each other's shadows.
And as such, you and your partner mustn't have to have the same interests or take joint classes for your relationship to be perfect.
Go ahead and have different interests with your partner. Variety in interests allows both of you to always have something interesting and
new to talk about.
Never Fight/ Argue
A happy couple never fight or argue? That's a lie.
These fights happen with every couple, no matter how close and in love they are.
Fighting doesn't always mean that you two will break up and fights need to happen so that you can iron out certain issues and carry on with your lives.
Couples who don't fight simply don't care enough about their relationship to fix trivial issues.
Adore Each Other's Loved Ones
Loving your significant other's family isn't entirely necessary in your relationship.
Just be cool, cordial and never insult any of them.
If either of you doesn't feel comfortable having them over all the time, you two can simply sit down and talk about convenient schedules for visiting.
Always Spend Time Together
Couples don't have to be with each other all the time.
There has to be space for both of you to go out and hang out with your other friends.
You can go out without them and they can go out without you.
Nobody will leave you because you allowed them to catch some fun with other important people in your life.
But someone will leave you if you stifle them and won't allow them to go out with other people.
Tell us other relationship myths you know.
Don't forget to like and share.
